Refund Policy

At Wukong Eyewear, we want you to love your new frames.

We offer a 30-day return policy with free returns, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please note that all returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return request is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for frames that have been altered, adjusted, or damaged after delivery, or for items returned without their original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have.

Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with tags and original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
